Fish Cutlets or Fish Patties or Fish Cakes

Fish patties

Ground fish made into cutlets or patties, great for making sandwich or burger or top your salads or wrap in a tortilla or pita…

I have a soft corner towards patties or cutlets, for that reason I often tend to turn any meat into patties. Add some seasonings to the ground meat or fish along with veggies, make into patties and pan fry or bake them. The patties can be sandwiched between bread, burger buns or wrapped in pitas or tortillas or they can be topped on your favorite salads. So many options are there and they make a healthy and fantastic meal.

I topped the patties with Olives and sun dried tomato pesto, recipe here.
