Apple Dates Smoothie - Healthy Drink
Serves: 2 glass
  • Apple, skinned and chopped- 1 large (red delicious or gala apple)
  • Dates, pitted- 10 no's
  • Sugar- 2½ tbsp
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Cold milk, skim- 1½ cups
  1. In a blender puree all the ingredients to a smooth constituency.
  2. Pour into a glass along with ice or without ice.
  3. Sip and enjoy this yummy creamy smoothie.
