Baked Succulent Salmon Fillets
  • Salmon fillets, skinned or de-skinned - 4, 4 0z each
  • Bread crumbs, plain- ¼ cup
  • Fresh lemon zest- of half lemon
  • Dill, chopped- 2 tsp
  • Ground pepper- ½ tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Ina  bowl, toss together bread crumbs, lemon zest, salt, pepper and dill.
  3. Lightly spray each salmon fillet with coking spray.
  4. Coat the salmon fillets with the bread crumb seasoning.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray the foil with cooking spray.
  6. Place the fillets on the foil.
  7. Bake salmon at 400 degrees F for initial 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes, flip the fillets using a spatula to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes or depending upon desired doneness.
  9. Serve hot with lemon slices and dill.
