Air Fried Chicken Egg Bread Rolls

  • Prepared chicken filling

  1. Cook hard-boiled eggs in the Instant Pot or in a saucepan over stove top.
  2. Peel off the shells & half the hard boiled eggs vertically.
  3. Remove the yolks & keep the egg whites aside.
  4. Have the prepared chicken filling ready.
  5. Cut the brown edges off the bread slices.
  6. Place some chicken filling on the halved egg, spread it well.
  7. Sprinkle some water on the bread & let it wet.
  8. Place the chicken egg filling on the center of the bread.
  9. Gently, fold the ends & make into an oval shape.
  10. Use water to glue the ends.
  11. Let's air fry the bread rolls.
  12. I've used Instant Pot Duo crisp & air fryer, any kind of air fryer can be used.
  13. Place the air fryer basket in the stainless steel pot, place the broil tray in it & line the broil tray with parchment paper.
  14. Place the rolls on the parchment paper.
  15. Drizzle very little oil on the patties.
  16. Close the pot with the air fryer lid.
  17. Select air fry, time 30 minutes, temperature 400 F or 200 C.
  18. After 30 minutes of air frying, open the lid.
  19. Crispy chicken egg bread rolls are ready.
  20. It will have a super crispy & golden brown outside, inside will be soft with the chicken & egg filling.
  21. Enjoy, absolutely yum.
