Air Fried Chicken Spring Rolls

  • Prepared chciken filling
  • Spring roll pastry sheets
  • Egg- 1 or 2
  1. Have the prepared chicken filling ready.
  2. I've used store-bought spring roll pastry sheets, thawed them well.
  3. Place one sheet on a wooden board.
  4. Place 1 tbsp chicken filling on one of the ends.
  5. Cover with the pastry sheet, and roll once.
  6. Apply some water on the ends, helps to glue the ends.
  7. Fold the ends & tuck it in & make into a roll.
  8. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs.
  9. Right before air frying, dip the rolls in the egg.
  10. Let's air fry the rolls.
  11. I've used Instant Pot Duo crisp & air fryer, any kind of air fryer can be used.
  12. Place the air fryer basket in the stainless steel pot, place the broil tray in it & line the broil tray with parchment paper.
  13. Place the rolls on the parchment paper.
  14. Close the pot with the air fryer lid.
  15. Select air fry, time 15 minutes, temperature 400 F or 200 C.
  16. After 15 minutes of air frying, open the lid.
  17. Crispy & golden chicken spring rolls are ready to be enjoyed.
