Ingredients
  • Tortilla, white or whole wheat
  • Mayonnaise, or any other spread of your choice
  • Cooked ground beef
  • Onions, chopped
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Spinach or lettuce
  • Pickled Jalapenos
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. I've used whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Spread mayo on the tortilla, chipotle mayo is my favorite taste delish.
  3. Top with ½ cup ground beef, 2 tbsp onions, a few tomatoes chopped, spinach or lettuce, 3 pickled jalapenos, chopped cilantro, and grated cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla well.
  5. I've air fried the tortilla wrap, will turn really crispy.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket, set the time to 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes of air frying, take the tortilla wrap out of the air fryer.
  8. If you don't have an air fryer, bake in the preheated oven at 400 F for 5 to 10 minutes till the tortilla wrap turns crispy.
  9. Enjoy the crispy tortilla wrap, tastes absolutely delish with ground beef & melted cheese.
