Baked Mango Yogurt- Easy 4 Ingredient Dessert Recipe

  • Yogurt- 1 cup
  • Mango pulp- ½ cup
  • Heavy cream- ¾ cup
  • Sweetened Condensed milk- ¼ cup
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 175 C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk all the above mentioned 4 ingredients.
  3. Whisk till well incorportaed & smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture among ramekins.
  5. Cover the ramekins with aluminum foil.
  6. Pour 1 cup water into a wide & deep glass baking dish.
  7. Place the ramekins on the water bath.
  8. Place in the preheated oven.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
  10. After 10 minutes, take the ramekins out of the oven.
  11. Let cool down for a few minutes.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  13. Top with mango pulp & enjoy.
