Ingredients
  • Pomegranate- 2 tbsp
  • Orange segments- from 1 navel orange
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Maple syrup- 2 tbsp (or honey or sugar)
  • Chia seeds or basil seeds, soaked- 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Into a blender jar, add pomegranate, orange & water.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Strain the juice into a tall glass.
  4. Add maple syrup or honey or sugar, combine well.
  5. Top with soaked chia seeds or basil seeds.
  6. Enjoy!
