Ingredients
Mint-Lime Concoction Recipe
  • Fresh Mint leaves- 8
  • Green chili- 1 or 2
  • Ginger- 1-inch slice
  • Water- 3 tbsp
For making Mint-Lime Fuljar Soda
  • Prepared mint-lime concoction- 1 tbsp
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice- ½ tbsp
  • Salt- ¼ tsp
  • Sugar syrup- 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes
  • Ginger Ale or Sprite or Soda
For making Strawberry Fuljar Soda
  • Fresh ripe strawberries- 4
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Prepared Mint-lime concoction- 1 tbsp
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice- ½ tbsp
  • Salt- ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes if you prefer
  • Ginger Ale or Sprite or Soda
Instructions
Making Mint-Lime Concoction
  1. In a blender, blend mint leaves, green chili, ginger and water into a thick smooth paste. Increase the quantity accordingly if you are making more.
  2. Add more green chili if you like the heat.
  3. Keep aside the concoction.
Making Mint-Lime Fuljar Soda
  1. Make sugar syrup: mix 3 tbsp white sugar in 1 tbsp water.
  2. Into a shot glass: add 1 tbsp mint-lime concoction, ½ tbsp lime juice, ¼ tsp salt, and 2 tbsp sugar syrup.
  3. Into a large glass, add ice cubes and pour ginger ale or sprite or regular soda.
  4. Drop the shot glass into the large glass filled with soda. It will turn frothy and will overflow.
  5. Start gulping it down and enjoy.
  6. This one has an intense mint-lime-chili flavor and you will feel the heat from the green chili.
  7. Tastes better with ginger ale or sprite rather than regular soda.
Making Strawberry Fuljar Soda
  1. In a blender, blend the ripe strawberries and sugar into a smooth paste, keep aside.
  2. Into a shot glass: add 1 tbsp mint-lime concoction, ½ tbsp lime juice, ¼ tsp salt, and strawberry paste.
  3. Into a large glass, pour ginger ale or sprite or regular soda.
  4. Drop the shot glass into the large glass filled with soda. It will turn frothy and will overflow.
  5. Start gulping it down and enjoy.
  6. This one has a nice sweet taste from the strawberries.
  7. Tastes better with ginger ale or sprite rather than regular soda.
Notes
Replace strawberry puree with pineapple puree or watermelon puree or mango puree.
