Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • White chocolate chips- ½ cup
  • Milk chocolate chips- ½ cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk- 1 cup, 300mL
  • Pecans, roughly chopped- ¼ cup
  • Almonds, chopped- 2 tbsp
  • Dried Cranberries- 2 tbsp (optional)
  1. Into a large microwave-safe bowl: add white and milk chocolate chips along with condensed milk. Combine well.
  2. Keep the bowl in the microwave, microwave for total 12 minutes: Very Importantafter every 30 seconds take the bowl out of the microwave and combine well.
  3. Let the chocolate chips melt well.
  4. After 12 minutes microwaving; add pecans, almonds, and dried cranberries. Combine well.
  5. Line a square or rectangular pan with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture onto the parchment paper.
  7. Using a spatula, smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set well.
  9. Take the pan out of the refrigerator.
  10. Peel off the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  11. Enjoy the delicious homemade fudge.
