Easy Oats Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
  • All purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Instant oats- ½ cup
  • Sugar- 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder- 1½ tsp
  • Salt- ¼ tsp
  • Egg- 1
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Blueberries- 1 cup
  • Butter- 1 tbsp/pancake
Instructions
  1. To a large bowl, add flour, instant oats, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine well.
  2. Add egg, combine well using a fork.
  3. Add vanilla extract, combine well.
  4. Add milk & combine well using a whisk or fork without any lumps. If the batter is too thick add ¼ cup more milk.
  5. Add blueberries, and give everything a good mix.
  6. Place a pan over medium heat, let turn hot.
  7. Add 1 tbsp butter, let the butter melt.
  8. Pour a large spoonful of batter onto the pan. Let the bottom side cook well.
  9. Flip it over and let the other side cook as well.
  10. Transfer to a plate.
  11. Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes, top with blueberries & enjoy.
