Healthy Spinach Apple Smoothie

  • Spinach leaves, organic- 1 cup
  • Apple, peeled- 1
  • Instant oats- 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, whole- 5 (I used the skin as well)
  • Coconut water- 1¼ cups
  • Honey- 2 tsp
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
