  • Ripe mango, diced- 1 Mango
  • Dates, pitted- 3
  • Honey- 2 tbsp
  • Cold Milk- 2 cups
  1. In a blender, puree the above mentioned ingredients till smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
