  • Avocado, Ripe- 1
  • Dates, pitted and chopped- 4
  • Almonds, with or without skin- 5
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Honey- 1 to 2 tbsp (or use Agave Nectar)
  1. In a blender, puree above mentioned ingredients till smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy and yummy smoothie.
  3. Dates will impart the caramel and sweet flavour to this smoothie.
