How to steam cook Momos:
  1. I placed the uncooked momos on a bamboo steamer. Or place it on a steel plate without crowding them.
  2. Add 1½ cups water to a large pan that has a lid. Place the pan over medium heat and let water come to a slight boil.
  3. The bamboo steamer I used had a lid too, so I closed it and placed it on the water.
  4. If using a steel plate cover with an aluminum foil.
  5. Close the pan with its lid and steam cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  6. Remove the steamer from the pan, be careful as it's very hot.
  7. Transfer to a plate and serve when it's still warm.
  8. You could serve with tomato ketchup or chili sauce or any of your favorite dipping sauce.
You could use any kind of filling: chicken or other meat filling instead of veg filling.
