No-Bake Oats Peanut Butter Energy Bars

  • Instant or quick cook oats, uncooked- 1 cup
  • Raisins or dried cherries or dried cranberries- ⅓ cup
  • Peanut butter- ½ cup
  • Honey- 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp (optional)
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Peanut butter will loosen up while combining with the other ingredients.
  3. Spread the mixture in a small cake pan and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Cut into bars and enjoy.
  5. Leftovers can be refrigerated for a few days.
