Ingredients
  • Onion, diced- 1
  • Carrot, diced- 1, large
  • Potatoes, diced- 2, medium-sized
  • Tomatoes, diced- 1
  • Cauliflower, florets- 1 cup
  • Garlic, chopped- 2 cloves
  • Cilantro, chopped- ¼ cup
  • Chili Powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp
  • Cumin Powder- ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala- ½ tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Water- ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Turn on the Instant Pot.
  2. Add the above-mentioned ingredients to the stainless steel pot. Combine well.
  3. Close the pot with the lid.
  4. Select pressure cook mode, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
  5. Click start if using IP Ultra model.
  6. After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.
  7. Easy to make and delicious mixed vegetable curry is ready, enjoy with rice, roti, chapati or naan.
