		<description>The rice, mung beans and coconut milk are a yummy combination! I have always made this by boiling the mung beans till soft, continually adding water so that the beans are covered just enough with the water. I sauté onions in a separate pot then add small cuts of pork or short ribs. Once meat is cooked I add the mung beans with the water to the meat and add the coconut milk (add as much to your liking) and salt to taste. The rice (sticky rice) is cooked separately and added individually. This is a dish I make really for my dad. I personally like to eat this without the meat and more like a soupy stew YUM! With lots of tobasco. = )</description>
