I forgot how wonderful Basmati Rice is...I bought some and it is on the table waiting to make something wonderful...and of course I found it! I used to make Thai dishes all the time when I was married-I especially love the rice noodles-and haven't seen them anywhere here. I have to go into an Asian market...and there's plenty of those where I live...just have to walk in one! The only thing I need for this dish is the pineapple and I'll take care of that when I go to the store next. Keep on cooking and making my mouth water! You'll have to check out my blog some time.
