Pan fried and tastes delicious…
I can have this pan fried king fish almost everyday as king fish is my favorite fish. Having tried many varieties of fish over the past few years, king fish is still on my top favorite list. This is a very popular fish in my hometown, mostly served during special occasions. When making fish dishes, we make curries with it and also fry it. My personal favorite has always been frying the fish. I cannot deny the fact that fried fish tastes better than curried ones.
So, this time I pan fried the king fish using olive oil rather than deep frying it. I like pan frying as it will give a fried taste to the fish making it slightly cripsy and browned too. Here is a very easy way of making pan fried king fish, using very less ingredients, but tastes really delicious.

- Place the king fish over the oil and pan fry it till the bottom side turns golden brown in color.
- Flip it over and pan fry the other side as well.
- Transfer to a kitchen paper towel.
