		<description>If using gelatin, use 1/2 tbsp of gelatin, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tbsp cold water in a small cup and keep aside to soften the gelatin. Add the softened gelatin to the lychee mixture after it comes to a boil and stir well to dissolve the gelatin completely.</description>
