Instant Pot Beef Curry- Simple and Easy Recipe

Beef curry made in the Instant Pot. Hands down, the most flavorful and delicious beef curry ever…

Every time I try new dishes in the Instant Pot, my admiration for this amazing appliance increases thousand folds. I had made the same recipe in the regular pressure cooker, while comparing the taste and flavor with the Instant pot beef curry, I have to tell you that the IP beef curry tasted so much flavorful, aromatic and extremely delicious. The reason is the efficient steam sealing feature that ensures that the flavors are intact.

This is a Kerala style beef curry, and is served with Appam, Idiayappam, Pathiri, Chapaati or Rice.
