How to Make Best Tasting And Creamy Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Making creamy mashed potatoes couldn’t get any easier in the Instant Pot. Throw in the potatoes (I prefer peeled potatoes) and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Do a quick pressure release, drain the liquid and add butter, milk/cream, and cheese and mash, mash, mash. It’s that easy to make and tastes delicious. Makes a perfect side dish along with seafood, chicken, steak or veggies.
