Papaya Milkshake and its amazing health benefits
 
 
Ingredients
  • Papaya, ripe, diced- ½ papaya
  • Milk, skim milk- 2 cups
  • Sugar or honey- 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Wash the ripe papaya under running water.
  2. Cut it into half, peel off the skin and remove the seeds from it.
  3. Cut the papaya into small cubes.
  4. Put diced papaya, milk, sugar or honey in the blender and blend it into smooth milkshake.
  5. Pour this into a milkshake glass and enjoy.
