Sesame Chicken Lollipops
 
Ingredients
  • Chicken lollipops- 15
  • Oil- for deep frying
For marination
  • Garlic paste- 1½ tsp
  • Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  • Ground pepper- ¼ tsp
  • Salt- to taste
For making the batter
  • Egg, beaten- 1
  • Corn starch- 3 tbsp
For coating
  • White sesame seeds
  • Black sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Make chicken lollipops out of chicken wings.
  2. Marinate the chicken lollipops with garlic paste, lemon juice, ground pepper and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add corn starch to the eggs and beat it thoroughly using a whisk without any lumps and keep aside.
  4. Place white and black sesame seeds in two separate plates.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil for frying the lollipops.
  6. After 10 minutes of marination, dip each chicken lollipops in the batter, coat it first with white sesame seeds and next with black sesame seeds and fry it in the oil.
  7. Fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown and transfer to a kitchen paper towel.
  8. Enjoy the chicken lollipops with your favorite sauce or ketchup.
