Ingredients
  • Apricot, ripe- 2
  • Dates, pitted- 2
  • Banana, ripe- ½ banana
  • Chilled milk- 1½ cups
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Honey- ½ to 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. In a blender, puree all the above mentioned ingredients till smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
