Pesto Scallop Naan
 
Ingredients
  • Naan, store bought
  • Small Scallops, cooked- to place over naan
  • Pesto, store bought- 3 to 4 tbsp/ naan
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Pan fry the scallops with little olive oil or butter.
  3. Place the naan over a baking sheet.
  4. Smear the naan with pesto, about 3 to 4 tbsp or depending on your needs.
  5. Place a few cooked scallops over it.
  6. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and indulge in it.
Notes
Seriously, you don't have to add the cooked scallops, even the naan with pesto tasted unbelievably delicious.
You could even add cooked chicken or beef instead of scallops.
Vegetarians: add green pepper.
