Easy Homemade White Chocolate Truffles

Enjoyed White Christmas with these homemade White Chocolate truffles…

For this holiday, I am relaxing at home catching up with movies, books and of course trying some new dishes in my kitchen. Holidays will never be complete without delicious food and lots of fun.

While doing christmas shopping in the mall, a few of the shops that I couldn’t resist walking in to were the chocolate shops. It’s always a pleasure ogling at the chocolates placed in the glass covered boxes and when bought they are the best treat for the taste buds. Whenever I see chocolates I always wonder how to make homemade truffles which tastes just like store bought ones.

I had already tried homemade Chocolate Truffle which was a huge hit. So this time I tried white chocolate truffles. I am a huge fan of white chocolates and so wanted to try truffles with it. The truffles tasted phenomenal. I also topped the truffles with different toppings like sweetened coconut flakes, cocoa powder and grated semi-sweet chocolate. The toppings did enhance the taste of the truffles greatly.
