		<description>Did you sprinkle lemon juice into the haleem and keep it overnight? If so that might be the reason it got sour. I always sprinkle lemon juice just before serving it. I mostly  end up making more and so I keep in the refrigerator and have it the next day, it never became sour for me.  So If you haven&#039;t added the lemon juice and still got sour, I am not sure what could be the reason.</description>
