A very simple and humble dish…
Last weekend I had been following quite an unhealthy diet so to compensate that I wrapped up the weekend with a healthy sea food dinner. I had a bag of tilapia fillet in my freezer, hence it was my pick of the night. I love to store fish fillets in my freezer as I don’t have to spend much time cleaning or cutting the fish and in no time a healthy meal can be prepared. Last night, I made this baked cumin tilapia, I love the smokey flavor of the cumin. There is nothing fancy about this dish, it’s a simple, humble and a healthy dish.

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Spread ground cumin, ground pepper and salt over the tilapia.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the tilapia on it.

- Bake for 20 minutes.
