Avocado Dates Smoothie- Healthy Avocado Smoothie

Serves: 2 Glasses
- Avocado, Ripe- 1
- Dates, pitted and chopped- 4
- Almonds, with or without skin- 5
- Milk- 2 cups
- Honey- 1 to 2 tbsp (or use Agave Nectar)
- In a blender, puree above mentioned ingredients till smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy and yummy smoothie.
- Dates will impart the caramel and sweet flavour to this smoothie.
